fry chicken strips add 1 tbsp soy sauce
salt
pepper
stir in 1 chopped onion
1 bell pepper (optional)
1 small can of pineapple
2 cups of curry sauce
simmer til bell pepper becomes tender.
stir in 1 cup of heavy wipping cream
done within 30 minutes!
serve with rice.
