1lb. lean stew meat 2 potatoes, diced
6 dried red peppers, seeds 1 medium onion, cut into
removed and finely chopped rings
Salt to taste
Trim fat off stew meat. Remove seeds from red peppers and chop finely. Dice potatoes and cut onions into rings. Place in a crock pot. Add enough water to cover meat, peppers, potatoes and onion rings. Add salt to taste. Cook for 2 to 3 hours. |
