This is a great party snack...especially for the SuperBowl!
8 oz chocolate chips melted,
48 Ritz crackers,
1/2 cup peanut butter
Melt chocolate chips in saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Using 1/2 the crackers, spread 1 tbs peanut butter on each. Top with another cracker. Using tongs, dip each cookie into chocolate. Place on wire rack over waxed paper. Cool completely.
Makes 24 peanut cracker dippers! Yummy!
