Recipe: ingredients: 2 packages of cream cheese 3/4 cup suger 1/2 a package of immitation crab chopped very fine 2 green onions finely chopped 1 package of wonton wrappers(4*4 size) 1 egg 1/2 cup water 1st- mix together cream cheese, suger, crab meat, and onions. 2nd- in small seperate bowl mix egg and water (egg wash). 3rd- take one spoonful of cream cheese mixture put in the middle of one of the wonton wrappers. 4th- fold wonton to make a triangle, keeping mixture off of the edges. 5th- dip clean finger in egg wash and put it on the sides of the triange to seel edges. 6th- just deep fry till lightly brown **you can freeze them and just take out when need(put wax paper between layers). Also this reciept makes a whole package of wonton wrappers.
