you need:
Boneless, Skinlees Chicken Breasts
1 bottle of Italian Dressing
frozen mixed veggies
prepaired, steamed rice
spread the veggies in the bottom of a shallow pan, top with chicken. Cover with dressing and bake (350*) until chicken is done. Last few minutes, place a piece of fresh tomato on top of each chicken breast. Serve over steamed rice |
