Enchilada Casserole

Recipe: 1 lb. Ground Beef 1 can Cream of Mushroom 1 Can Cream of Chicken 1 can Enchilada Sauce 1 packet of Enchilada Seasoning 1 can of Rotel 1 package of Flour or Corn Tortillas 1 block of Velveeta Cheese Brown ground beef and drain; add above cans and packet into the ground beef, simmer until well mixed; layer tortillas in bottom of casserole dish, pour half of mixture, then layer tortillas again, add more mixture, layer tortillas, add remaining mixture and top with velveeta cheese; put in oven at 350 and bake for approx. 20-30 minutes.
