Mashed Potatoes with Meatballs and Gravy |

4 medium potatoes
1 pound hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 t. seasoned salt
1/2 t. pepper
flour/water
Boil potatoes in enough water to cover--about 20 minutes. Reserve potato water.
Combine hamburger, onion, salt and pepper. Make into meatballs; about 2 T. worth in each ball.
Cook meatballs in large skillet (covered) for about 10 minutes per side.
Pour 4 cups of potato water into skillet; leave meatballs in skillet while doing this. Once done combine some water and flour to make a thickening base. Add to skillet. Cook to desired thickness. May have to add some extra salt and pepper to gravy for taste.
