2 8oz cream cheese, softened
1 4oz can green chili's, chopped
1 4oz can black olives, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped(white regular onion is fine too, if you chopped very fine)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin(optional)
10 oz shredded cheese of your choice
1 package large (12") tortillas
Blend first 6 ingredients together into a spread. Spread two tablespoons on each tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Roll up. Wrap in DAMP paper towel and refrigerate. Slice and serve with salsa or other sauce if desired. |
