2 Tablespoons shortening
2 tablespoons flour
4 cups water
1 tablespoon chilipowder
2 small cans tomato sauce
2 teaspoons cummin seed
salt and pepper to taste
Melt shortening and add flour. Stir until smooth. Add remaining items and simmer until thick. |
