Stuffed Mushrooms

Recipe: 1 lb mushrooms 2 Cups crab flakes 1/2 stack Ritz crackers 1 stick butter, melted 1/4 Cups fresh, chopped parsley 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/4 tsp. black pepper 3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper Clean mushrooms; remove stems. Combine all ingredients after prpcessing crab flakes and Ritz crackers in a food processor. Stuff mushroom caps with one teaspoon of filling. Bake for 10 minutes at 350. Top with mozarella cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts. ***Alternative to mozzarella cheese: Drizzle a Bearnaise sauce over the mushrooms after they are cooked. The best is "KNORR" Bearnaise sauce mix. You can find it in your gravy and soup mix section.
