Boil a whole chicken for 2 hours on high. Keep water to the top of the chicken. Pull chicken out and debone. While deboning ass three cups of rice to chicken stock and keep on high about 10 minutes until water is mostly cooked out. Add i box of swanson chicken broth and your chicken. Turn heat down to medium. Cook for another 10 minutes or until rice looks done. Add one can of cream of mushroom soup and one can of cream of chicken soup. Simmer on low for five minutes and serve! |
