Recipe: This is my own variation of recipe of honey cake. I find it a bit easier t make it and it saves lots of time. Ingredients: Batter 6 eggs 2.5 cups of sugar 4.5 cups of flower 4 Tbs of honey 1 ts of baking powder 1 quarter of ts baking soda If batter is too thick add some milk. Cream: 1.5 pint of heavy cream 1 can of concentrated milk Mix in a large bowl all the ingredients for the batter, it should be thin enough that you could use a laddle to spread it on a cookie sheet. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and power your batter. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Bake for about 5 minutes till golden. You need a big deep dish where you can put baked sheet of cake into. Mix heavy cream and concentrated milk with an electric mixer until it raises two twice its volume. Spread generously cream atop each sheet of cake. The general idea is that you want it to soak up all this cream into the cake. Layer each sheet of cake one atop another, makes about 6 layers. Leave overnight in a bottom shelf of the refrigerator.
