1 Cup rice
1 LB sausage
1 LB Meunster cheese (cube)
1 Pkg Onion soup mix
3 or 4 scrambled eggs
Cook rice per package directions with the onion soup mix. As that is cooking brown the sausage and drain. Cube the cheese so it is ready to add so it will melt. Scramble the eggs and mix with the sausage. When rice is done add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. It will take some time for the cheese to melt ( I have microwaved it to speed it up). |
