2 lbs. cubed steak- 1 cup flour- salt & pepper(to taste)- 1 cup milk. Mix flour with salt and pepper. Dip steaks in milk and coat with flour mixture. Repeat dipping until milk and flour are gone. Fry steaks in hot oil 5 min. per side or until done. |
