Makes 1 - 9 inch pie (8 servings).
INGREDIENTS:
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
1 (14 ounce) Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. With mixer beat pumpkin, eggs, spices and salt. Pour into crust.
3. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350; bake 35 to 40 minutes longer. Cool. Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate leftovers. |
