Easy Cabbage Pockets

Recipe: Head of Cabbage 3 dry Pizza Crust bread mixes 1 pound ground hamburger 1/4 Cup vinager 1/8 Cup Sugar 1/4 Cup sour cream 2 TBS mustard 2 tsp salt 2 tsp pepper Preheat oven 375 degrees Mix pizza crust mixes to make dough. Follow directions on package. Set in warm place, let rise. Chop 1/2 head of cabbage into small pieces. Heat vinager and sugar in large pot. Add cabbage. Cook until cabbage is tender, about 10-15 minutes. Let cabbage cool. Brown ground beef. Drain grease. Add to cooked cabbage. Add sugar, sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Divide dough into nine balls. Take one ball, roll into circle. Add a large spoonful of meat and cabbage mix. Fold dough over mix and make into a little pocket and close. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 8-11 minutes until bread is golden. Let cool for 5-10 minutes. Serve with favorite vegetable, and potatoes. Makes about nine pockets. Great for freezing and reheating in microwave. Very yummy!!!!!
