1 box tapioca pudding
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can mixed fruit
Drain and KEEP the juices from the fruit cans. Measure and add water, OJ, or other juice to make 2 cups. Mix the juice and the dry tapioca together and cook in the microwave until boiling, stirring every 2 minutes. Mix with the mixed fruit and pineapple. Can be served cold or warm. Does not need to be refridgerated!
