1 Box Kraft (macaroni and cheese)
1/2 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
salt and pepper
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 Cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Heat oven to 450 degree
Prepare mac and cheese as directed on package, set aside.
Brown meat and onion together in skillet, drain off fat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in mac and cheese and Italian seasoning. Pour into a casserole dish. Top with cheeses. Bake in oven 10-15 minutes or until chesse melts and starts to bubble. Watch so as not to burn cheese.
Cool 10 minutes and serve. |
