Recipe: |
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. deli beef (such as Carl Budding), chopped
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 scallion, chopped
1 box wheat crackers
Divide package of beef in two and chop in food processor or with scissors. Add 1/2 of beef to softened cream cheese. Next add garlic powder and scallion. Mix by hand or with mixer until thoroughly blended. Form into a ball and roll in remaining half of beef. Chill for at least 1 hour and serve with wheat crackers. |
