Recipe: |
3 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup sugar
12 ounce can of beer (any brand)
2 Tablespoons melted butter
Combine flour, sugar and beer. Mix well and pour batter into a greased bread loaf pan.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 55 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush with melted butter. |
