Broccoli Cheese Soup

Recipe: 2 tblsp margarine 1 small onion chopped 1-2 cloves garlic crushed 1 14 oz can chicken broth fat free 1 12 oz can evaporated milk 14 oz of frozen chopped broccoli 1/2 lb velveta cheese cut into cubes salt and pepper to taste In a sauce pan melt margarine and saute onion and garlic until tender. Add chicken broth bring to a boil and add broccoli. Cook until broccoli is tender. Add evaporated milk and cheese cubes, heat over low heat until cheese is melted. enjoy!!
