Recipe: 1(15 oz) salmon (bones removed) 2 green bell peppers,finely diced 1 yellow onion,finely diced salt and pepper to taste 1.5 cups of cornmeal 1 cup of flour and oil for frying. combine salmon,bell peppers,and onion in a bowl.Season with salt and pepper.Shape by hand into patties, In seperate bowl combine the cornmeal and flour. Roll salmon patties into cornmeal mixture. Heat about 1 in of oil in lg pan.about 340 degreesF carefully put patties into oil cook for about 3 mins on each side or until golden brown. drain patties on papertowel and serve with ketchup or hot sauce. This will make about 4 servings
