Yummy Creamy Salmon

Recipe: 1-2 White or yellow Onions Salmon fillets Mayonnaise, at least 2 cups Salt Black Pepper Skin and wash salmon fillets, rub with salt, set aside. Preheat oven to 425. Chop finely onions and layer half on bottom of aluminum foil lined oven pan. Place salmon fillets on top. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, rest of the onions, salt and pepper to your taste. Slather on top of salmon like you're frosting a cake, cover all edges. Bake for 30-35 minutes. May be slightly brown on top but that's okay. May top with chives or other decorative herbs. Serve with rice and veggies.
