1 BAG CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS FOUND AT COMMISSARY
BOTTLED BBQ SAUCE OF CHOICE
GARLIC POWDER
MESQUITE GRILLED CHICKEN SEASONING
1/4 C HONEY
2 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
DASH HOT SAUCE
1/2 ONION, CUT IN HALF AND SLICED THIN
SEASONED SALT
PEPPER
BOIL CHICKEN FOR 15 MINUTES WITH SALT AND PEPPER. WHILE THE CHICKEN IS BOILING, PREHEAT OVEN TO BROIL AT 400 DEGREES. MEANWHILE, MIX BBQ SAUCE, HONEY, SUGAR, HOT SAUCE AND ONIONS IN BOWL. REMOVE CHICKEN FROM WATER. DRAIN OR PAT DRY. RUB MESQUITE GRILLED CHICKEN SEASONING AND GARLIC OVER CHICKEN. PLACE IN SHALLOW PAN OR CASSEROLE DISH AND POUR SAUCE OVER CHICKEN MAKING SURE SAUCE COATS CHICKEN WELL. PUT IN OVEN. LET THE SAUCE THICKEN UP, ABOUT 15 MINUTES THEN TURN CHICKEN. COOK 15 MORE MINUTES. AS SAUCE CARMELIZES, TURN HEAT OFF AND LET CHICKEN SIT 5 MINUTES IN WARM OVEN. THEN ENJOY!!!!!!!
