Spray crock pot with non-stick oil spray. Place 2-4 chicken breasts (boneless/skinless is best) in crock pot. In a bowl, mix 1 can of cream of chicken soup with 1 can of milk. (You can use water instead of milk or half water with half milk - it just makes the sauce thinner). Pour soup mixture over chicken and add salt and pepper to taste. Turn crock pot on low for approx 6-8 hours. Serve over hot white rice. |
