Pork with Mushroom Gravy |

Recipe: |
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add pork tenderloin cut in 1/2 in. slices and cook 2 to 3
minutes per side until lightly browned and just barely pink
in the center.Remove to plate and keep warm.
Reduce heat to medium, add 8 oz. sliced mushrooms to pan and cook, 5 minutes til lightly browned and soft. Stir in
1 1/4 cups of water and Knorr roasted pork gravy mix, cook
stirring for 3 minutes until gravy thickens. Spoon over pork and garnish with parsley. |
