1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp minced onion
1 tsp chili powder
1 c salsa
1 can Pace Refried Beans with Salsa
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
partial pkg tater tots
shredded cheddar
chili powder
Brown ground beef with minced onion. Sprinkle chili powder over beef. Drain. Pour into 2 qt casserole dish. Mix in salsa. Top with refried beans. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over beans. Top with single layer of tater tots. Lightly sprinkle more cheese and some chili powder over tots. Bake covered 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with sour cream. |
