2 Cups Diced Potatoes
1 Pound of Ham Diced
3 Cups Water
1 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
1 Cup Diced Carrots
1 Cup Chopped Celery
1/4 Cup Margarine
1/2 Small Jar Chicken Boullion
Bring above ingredients to a boil and cover and simmer for 30 minutes. In a small bowl mix 2 cups of milk and 1/2 cup flour and blend into the soup gradually. Cut up 1 1/2 pound of velvetta cheese and add to soup, stir until melted. Serve |
