5 pounds potatoes
1 package cream cheese
1/4-1/2 cup milk
Peel and boil potatoes till tender, drain, put into bowl add cream cheese. use mixer to start mixing, add milk until it's on the milky side( but not to watered down) salt and pepper to taste. Place in baking dish, put in refrigerator over night. Bake at 350 for 45-1h & 15 min. Make sure center is hot. serve with gravy or butter.
**The potaotoes will thicken up with baking, but will have a mashed potatoe texture. |
