Bourbon Flank Steak

Recipe: 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce; 1/2 cup Water; 1/2 cup Bourbon; 3 Tablespoons packed Brown Sugar; 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice; 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce; 2 Cloves of Garlic; 2 lbs of Flank Steak; ****************************************************** Directions: Combine the first eight ingredients in a large ziploc bag. Marinate for atleast eight hours or overnight. Grill on the BBQ pit six to eight minutes depending on how you like your meat cooked. Continue basting the Steak with the marinade as your grilling. Slice diag across the grain. Enjoy !! VERY VERY good and makes the meat very juicy and tender!!
