1 beaten egg
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated parmesean cheese
paprika, garlic powder, onion salt, and basil to taste.
4 chicken breasts, cut in cubes
oil or non-stick spray
Combine bread crumbs, parm. cheese and spices on a plate. Dip chicken pieces into egg and then cover in crumb mixture. Remove coated "nuggets" from crumb mixture and fry in HOT pan until juices run clear. Discard excess crumbs. Cooking time will depend on the size of the nugget.
Also, try with pork tenderloin. For a spicier version use cayenne pepper instead of basil. |
