1-2 packages crecent rolls
Mozzerella (as much as you like)
Container Ricotta Chesse
Pizza Sauce
Pepperoni or Sausage (optional)
Preheat oven as directed on package of crecent rolls.In medium bowl mix together ricotta and mozerella. Open crecent rolls and pinch together 2 of the triangles, so it looks like a square. Add 1/2 teaspoon of cheese mixture to center of crecent roll, top with 1-2 slices pepperoni and top that with a little bit of pizza sauce. Fold crecent roll over and pince the ends and sides together. Make 1-2 slits on the top of pizza pocket so it can vent in the oven.Once you have finished making all you crecent pockets
bake as directed on crecent package.
SERVE WITH SOME WARMED UP PIZZA SAUCE!!!
