Homemade Pimento Cheese
Ingredients and amounts may vary due to availability, weather, individual taste or mood.
4 oz. (1 Cup) Fine shredded Sharp Cheddar
4 oz. (1 Cup) Fine shredded Mexican
¾ cup Mayo (Hellmann’s Real)
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon Tabasco (or your favorite)
4 ounce jar of drained Pimentos (diced)
½ heaping teaspoon minced garlic
*optional – 1 tablespoon Blue Cheese Crumbles
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 8 hours to let the flavors blend…let them do their thing.
