1 lb. ground beef
12 corn tortillas
shortening or oil
shredded cheddar cheese (approx. 8oz/2c)
shredded mozzerella cheese (approx. 8oz/2c)
Armour chili with beans (or without for pick eaters)
Break up and brown hamburger; meanwhile, soften tortillas in a small amount of melted shortening or oil. Fill each tortilla with meat and cheddar cheese, roll up.
Place in rectangular casserole dish. Cover with mozzarella cheese and heated Armour chili with (or without) beans.
Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes (until cheese is melted and tortillas are heated through). |
