1/4c flour
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4c Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
4 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1/4c milk
Combine flour, Parmesan, paprika, salt, oregano, & dry mustard. Stir well. Dip chicken into milk and then into mixture. Heat 1 inch of oil to 325deg. Fry 5 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towel. |
