1 frozen deep-dish pie shell
4 eggs
1C. half & half
3 green onions, chopped
1C. monterey-jack cheese
1C. cheddar cheese
1 package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
bacon bits
Preheat oven @375
Sprinkle pie shell with bacon bits. Combine in a medium bowl, eggs, half & half, jack and cheddar cheeses, spinach, and green onions. Mix thouroghly and pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375 for 10 minutes, then turn down to 325 for 30-40 minutes. |
