Recipe: 1lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/4C. flour 1t. parsley flakes 1/2t.poultry seasoning 1 egg, slightly beaten 2T. milk 30 whole wheat or round rich crackers, finely crushed Preheat oven @425 Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Combine flour, parsley flakes,poultry seasoning, and a dash of salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Combine egg and milk in a bowl. Place crackers in another bowl. Place chicken in flour bag and coat. Then dip into egg mixture, then into crackers. Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.
