one pound of 85% lean hamburg brown in 4 qt pan with one chopped onion salt and pepper to taste add 2qts water bring to boil add 4 mediun size chopped potatos add one bay leaf one table spoon of thyme simmer for approx 30 minuts add one can of peas one can sliced carrots one table spoon kitchen bouquet thicken with wonder flour and serve. |
