2 cans of white chicken meat
mayonnaise
onion
celery
pickles
mustard
2 tablespoons chicken stock
open and drain meat, put it in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Then add 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Dice a handful of onions, pickles and celery and add then in. Add maynnoaise to taste. Add the 2 tablespoons of chicken stock . Then salt and pepper to taste. |
