In a large bowl combine:
4 scrambled eggs
1 pkge. browned breakfast sausage
1 drained can of diced new potatoes
As much shredded cheese as you like
Add salt and pepper to taste
Open 1 can of "8" refrigerated biscuits
with a roller, flatten each biscuit
scoop out mixture into middle of each biscuit
gather ends of biscuits and twist close
place biscuit gathered side down in muffin tin
cut and "X" into the tops to allow for steam
bake according to biscuit pkge. directions |
