My Mom's Cheesy Potatoe Soup

Recipe: 8-10 potatoes mashed with 2 tablespoons butter and 4 cups milk 1/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese (grated) 8 ounces cream cheese (softened) 1/4 pound mozzarella cheese (cubed small) 2 tablespoons ranch dressing salt, pepper, onion and garlic to taste 2 cups milk -mix all ingrediants together except last 2 cups of milk. -cook on HIGH stirring FREQUENTLY until soup reaches a light boil. -add last 2 cups milk and let it set on LOW to MEDIUM for 15 minutes. -serve with crusty bread (goes great with french or sourdough) -also tasted good in bread bowls (hollowed out crusty rolls made into bowls) -tastes best the second day. ----------------------ENJOY------------------------------
