Crust: 1 yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix, 1 stick butter, 1 egg. Press into a 12x10 pan (do not grease the pan/ not necessary.
Topping: 3 eggs, 8oz cream cheese softened, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 lb box of confectioner's sugar.
Beat until smooth and pour over crust, bake at 325 for 20-60 minutes & cut when cool. |
