Make a large pizza shaped sugar cookie (can use cookie dough bought in the refrigerator section of the commissary)and bake the cookie. Once it is cool put strawberry yogurt on the cookie, as you would put pizza sauce on a pizza) and then decorate with chopped up fruit e.g. strawberries, grapes, kiwi fruit and mandarin oranges and use a pizza cutter to cut the "pizza" into slices and serve. A easy, delicious dessert! |
