1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 prepared graham cracker crust
Soften cream cheese and beat until smooth. Add lemon juice, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Chill in the refrigerator at least two hours. May be topped with canned cherry or blueberry topping. |
