Ingredients:
1.5 pounds of hamburger 1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon of minced onion salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup regular rice (not minute rice)
2 cans Tomato Soup
2 cups water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, put 2 cans of tomato soup mixed with two cups of water in a roaster, casserole dish, etc. Mix rest of ingredients in a bowl. Form into meatballs, put them in the dish with the tomato soup. Bake for 35 minutes uncovered. Turn the meatballs over, bake for 30 minutes covered. Add your own touch to spice them up a bit. |
