Pace Enchilada Sauce
Brown the hamburger with Onions. Drain fat. Then Pour some sauce (it says exact amount on the can). With some cheese. Till It’s melted. Then Pour some sauce in the casserole dish just a lil in the pan spread around. So the enchiladas don’t stick on the pan. Take the meat mixture
put it in tortillas and roll like a burrito seams down. Pour remaining sauce and put desired cheese on top. Bake 350 for about 10 minutes or till cheese is melted. (Hopefully my directions make sense) Serve with
Mexican rice by Rice a Roni is good. There’s also easier Mexican Rice you can buy, I think El Paso makes it.
