2 tomato, 1 onion, 1 jar pickeled jalapeno, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon adobo seasoning, cilantro, 2tablesoons white vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon lime juice, sugar...chop all of the veggies. just use what you like for the jalapeno. put all together in a bowl. add about 3 tablespoon of the juices from the jalapeno. sugar, salt and pepper is up to how you like it. the more cilantro the better in my mind. |
