Lemon Cheesecake Pie

Recipe: 1 8-oz. package cream cheese, sotened 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring 1 graham cracker pie crust With electric mixer, whip softened cream cheese until creamy. Gradually beat in condensed milk. Stir in 1/3 cup lemon juice and 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring. Mix well and pour into pie crust. Chill at least 3 hours before serving until set. You can serve it with canned cherry pie filling if desired. This recipe is so easy to fix and is really delicious.
