Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs of Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Bag of Red Potatoes
Large Can of Cream Of Mushroom Soup
Garlic salt
Salt
Pepper
Cut your chicken in small pieces and lightly brown in butter. Peel potatoes cut into small pieces and begin to cook in butter cover to let them cook. Meanwhile pour soup in to pot with chicken and add 1/2 c. water. Let simmer. Season to taste in chicken and potatoes. When potatoes are done turn them on med. high and brown. Serve soup over the potatoes. Enjoy. |
