Recipe: 4 Whole Chicken Breasts (8 halves) 2 cans of cream of chicken soup, divided 2 cans (4 ozs) sliced mushrooms, drained 1 stick of butter 1 pint of dairy sour cream Brown Chicken breasts in butter or margarine. Place in baking dish which had a cover. Add one can of cream of chicken, bake at 350 degrees covered for 1 hour. combine sour cream with other can of cream of chicken soup and drained mushrooms. pour mixture over chicken and contnue baking for 25 mins at 325 degrees
